Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info: name, email, and password (handled securely by our authentication provider).
• Phone number and government ID: collected only from first-time hosts, for identity verification. Government ID documents are stored privately and are visible only to platform administrators — never to other users.
• Location: used only to sort events by distance and, if you host, to record your event's coordinates. You can decline location access; distance sorting simply won't apply.
• Payment screenshots and proof documents: uploaded by joiners as part of a specific event's request. These are visible only to that event's host, and only until the event ends.
• Messages: chat messages between a joiner and host for a specific request, and broadcast messages from hosts to their approved joiners.

2. What we don't do

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not process or store your payment card details — all payments happen directly between host and joiner outside this platform.

3. Who can see what

• Your name, ratings, and hosted/joined event history are visible on your public profile.
• Your government ID and phone number (if submitted) are visible only to platform administrators.
• Proof documents and payment screenshots are visible only to the specific event's host, and only while that event is active.

4. Data retention

Your saved proof documents remain in your account for reuse on future events until you delete them. A host's access to a joiner's proof document is automatically revoked once the event ends.

5. Your rights

You can download a copy of your data (profile, bookings, hosted events, ratings, sent messages) once per day from Settings. You can also delete your account yourself from the same page — see our account deletion page for exactly what that does.
