This is a starting template, not legal advice. Given this app collects sensitive information (government ID documents, phone numbers, location, payment screenshots), have these pages reviewed by a lawyer before relying on them for a live product with real users.

1. What this platform is

GolMej is a coordination platform that connects hosts and joiners for real-world events. We do not process payments — all payments happen directly between the host and joiner, outside this platform.GolMej is not a party to that transaction and does not guarantee refunds, event quality, or attendee conduct.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating an account, hosting an event, or joining one.
• As a host, confirm requests within 12 hours, and at least 8 hours before the event starts — requests made in the last 8 hours need your manual approval and don't auto-approve.
• As a joiner, follow the eligibility conditions and code of conduct set by the host.
• Do not use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, or fraud.

3. Verification

First-time hosts are asked to submit a government ID and phone number for verification before their first event goes live. This information is reviewed by platform administrators and is not shown publicly.

4. Ratings and reviews

Hosts and joiners may rate each other after an event, within a limited window. Reviews should be honest and relevant to the event experience. The platform may remove reviews that violate this.

5. Account suspension

Accounts that violate these terms may be temporarily or permanently restricted from hosting or joining events.

6. Limitation of liability

GolMej is provided as-is. We are not liable for disputes between hosts and joiners, event cancellations, or payment issues, since payments occur directly between users off-platform.
